Project: House Extension
We are delighted with the extension - it completely changes the way we use the house. Alasdair was great to deal with throughout the contract - he took time to find out what we wanted and helped us to get there. He made lots of helpful suggestions about ways to achieve what we wanted within a limited budget, and we really feel that we got what we wanted from the extension.
Even although the work involved demolishing the old kitchen, we stayed in the house during the building work, and Alasdair managed the work programme so that it caused as little disruption as possible. He kept us informed of progress throughout the programme and everything worked out pretty much to the original timescale. All in all, a great job!
Project: Rear Extension
I chose Alasdair and Primrose Property over a number of builders based on his professionalism, "can do" attitude and the detailed costings he prepared which gave me confidence in his ability to deliver above others.
That hope was realised when we moved back into our lovely new home six months later, on time and on budget, thanks to him and his core team of builders.
Project: House Extension
We highly recommend Primrose Properties. They put a large extension onto our bungalow during the winter of 2009/2010. They worked every day, even when there was snow and ice and the temperature was well below zero. They worked round our own accommodation needs to ensure that we stillhad functioning social space just when we required it, for example, over Christmas and New Year.
Alasdair, Andrew, Stephen, Pat and their colleagues were always polite and considerate. They cleaned up after themselves daily that ensured there was no lingering dust or dirt. They worked to a very high standard. The hand-made bespoke doors between our dining room and sitting room are such a bonus and talking point. It was a real partnership to complete our house extension. As well as this, they came in within budget which was just great.
Project: Rear Extension
We employed Primrose Property Services to build an extension to our home having been impressed with the way they carried out work in a neighbours house. During the project disruption was always kept to an absolute minimum.
The team were extremely professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. The end result was even better than we had anticipated and we would definitely recommend Alasdair Primrose and his team to anyone looking to build an extension.
