Director
Alasdair is passionate about design at an affordable price and often works alongside architects from concepts to ensure that clients receive what they want and within their budget. Alasdair went to Caledonian University where he gained a BSc. in Building Control and subsequently commenced trading as Primrose Property Services in 1995.
Alasdair's current qualification is as an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute Of Builders (ICIOB). His role within the company is to take charge of Project Managing contracts including liaising with clients, architects and suppliers as well as ensuring materials and contractors are on site when required.
When required Alasdair still goes “on the tools”.
Site Support Manager
Andrew went to Glasgow Caledonian University where he gained a B.Sc. Hons in Business Studies. Since leaving university he has worked for a large house factor as well as managing various private property development sites.
Andrew started working for Primrose Property Services in 2005 and his role now is to ensure that all of the sites are staffed and that the materials that are required are on site when required, that contractors are available and on site when required and ensures that the jobs run smoothly. Andrew also helps with estimating and liaises with Alasdair on a daily basis with updates on how the jobs are progressing.
Foreman
Pat is a time served Joiner. Pat will be on site for the duration of the contract, either full time or at least on a daily basis. Pat is confident with reading plans and assessing problems as well as liaising with staff and sub contractors who we deal with on a regular basis. This ensures that problems are nipped in the bud.

Christine’s responsibilities include all day to day accounting for Primrose Property Services (Scotland) Ltd.
